A general kaiseki meal with authentic Tajima beef "shabu-shabu (50g)".
In addition, we have shabu-shabu kaiseki and sukiyaki kaiseki.
Since we use local seasonal ingredients, the number of items may change depending on the season, but
It will be about 10 to 12 items. We also accept the addition of meat separately.
We will prepare a Japanese set meal for breakfast.
